Richard D. Kutikoff

Director
Richard is President of Pacific Benefit Services, an actuarial and employee benefits consulting firm in Sherman Oaks, California. Prior to establishing Pacific Benefit Services in 1993, Richard was a consulting actuary with William M. Mercer.
His 30 years’ consulting experience includes actuarial, compliance, administrative and pension accounting matters for retirement plans of organizations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
Richard has made presentations to the Society of Actuaries, the American Society of Actuaries and Pension Professionals, and COPA, and at investment and accounting industry conferences. He has been a lecturer in actuarial science at UCLA.
Richard coauthored COPA’s comment letter to the Financial Accounting Standards Board on SFAS #158.
Richard is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary under ERISA, holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation, and is a member of the CFA Institute. He has a Masters in Applied Mathematics from State University of New York at Stony Brook and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
